Ooni Takes New Wife, Two other women he dumped surface
Just as euphoria of the new marriage of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, was ongoing, two women have been identified as being served ‘Breakfast'(Jilted)
The matter of the two women is now the top of discussion among society women, especially in Lagos.
One of the women is identified as Lola who was a known figure in the palace and speculations were that she was to step in as new olori after the controversial exit of Naomi from Ooni’s palace. At a time she was nicknamed ‘incoming Olori’ by the palace rats.
A close source however disclosed that their relationship became unstable when Lola allegedly had a confrontation with another woman at Eko hotel where the Oba was lodging.
The source said “it was so messy that Kabiyesi had to instruct his aides to block him permanently from accessing the palace”
The main chick that later came to the picture as his favourite was identified as Laide, daughter of late Ibadan prominent businessman.
The Oba was said to have actually introduced her to his close associates as his fiancee, therefore, when the news of Mariam surfaced, many were confused of what could have gone wrong.
Possibly reacting to the recent happening, Laide posted on her social media handle ‘Life is full of “hello” & “goodbye” September to remember 2022 has been one of the toughest for me. Still standing, still striving and very hopeful”
The new wife, Mariam Anako was admitted to the palace on Tuesday night.
A native of Kogi is a top management executive (Administrative Manager) of Nestoil Limited; Nigeria’s largest indigenous Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Company in the oil and gas sector.
